Nahargarh biological park – Nahargarh Biological Park is a sanctuary in the Jaipur district of Indian state of Rajasthan; it is located at a distance of 17 km from Jaipur city center & 5 km from the Amber Fort. Nahargarh Biological Park is spread over an area of 7.25 km2. It has been observed over a period of time by experts has revealed that around 250 species of birds are found in Nahargarh Biological Park. There are lions, tigers, jungle cats, Panthers & reptiles in this Nahargarh Biological Park. Earlier it was a rescue center for the lions, tigers & other wild animals rescued from circus & persona captivities, now it has been converted into a biological park.
Animals like Asiatic Lions, tigers, sloth bear, chinkara, sambhar deer & white tiger (shiniest star in the crown). A large species of birds can also be spotted here. Nahargarh Biological Park is surrounded by the Aravalli hills creating a perfect natural environment for wild animals; away from the hustle-bustle of the city, this park has proven to be a boon for animals as well as wildlife lovers across the globe. Nahargarh Biological Park is probably the best place for a nature walk in Jaipur; dense forest & lush greenery makes feel like the lap of mother nature. A proper medical treatment has been provided to animals which have resulted in the better health of them.
